At Yewa, we move with intention. Every piece released is part of a culture, not just a product and for that reason, all purchases are considered final.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns
We only accept returns under strict conditions. Should you wish to return an item:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
• The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Any costs associated with receiving, handling, and processing the return will be charged to the customer.

Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

Process
To request a return, contact us at sales@yewaofficial.co.za with your order details. If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not align with this policy.
